Frequently asked questions
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is recommended for adults who may be experiencing stress directly or simply want to understand more about it to support themselves or others in the future. The event is open to all adults (18 years and above). Please note the session will include some faith-based references, reflecting The Fountain Therapy Trust's organisational values.
The event is not suitable for people in immediate mental health crisis.
Do I need to bring anything on the day?
No. Everything will be included as part of your ticket, in addition to light refreshments. However, you may want to bring your own notepad and pen to capture anything that takes your interest.
Will I be expected to share anything personal with the group?
No. The purpose of the workshop is to inspire and educate, but it is not a formal therapy session. We encourage attendees to only share what they feel comfortable, but are under no obligation to do so.

Helen, Gigi and Donna are members of The Fountain Therapy Trust team and are supporting this workshop. Each team member is a fully-trained therapist. Helen and Gigi are members of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Helen and Donna are also British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) members.
